To whom it may concern at New Zealand Transport Agency,

This is a request for information and documentation as covered by the Official Information Act 1982.

Each question should be considered and answered individually where possible.

1. What was total contribution to Hamilton City Council projects from the Climate Emergency Response Fund as part of the Transport Choices programme?

2. What was final budget for all Hamilton City Council projects from the Climate Emergency Response Fund as part of the Transport Choices programme?

3. Has all funding for Hamilton City Council projects from the Climate Emergency Response Fund as part of the Transport Choices programme be spent and what was the final total amount spent on those projects?

3. Can a list of all Hamilton City Council Transport Choices programme projects, funded from the Climate Emergency Response Fund, be provided which includes the NZTA and/or CERF contribution to each project and the total cost of each project?

Include any information in table form, which compares project budget to final project costs if readily available in existing documents or databases. .
