Separate from the other request regarding purchases towards the outer green belt, please list purchases made by WCC since 1991 of land intended to remove the land from development, for ecological or other reasons, then summarise the overall purchase cost, with and without the value of land swaps or donations made to contribute to this objective.

If a map exists or can be created of these purchases, that would be appreciated.
