The RBNZ is both a prudential supervisor and a supervisor pursuant to the
Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism (‘AML/CFT’)
Act 2009. Currently, on-site inspections are only conducted by our AML/CFT
Supervision team to monitor levels of compliance by reporting entities.
At this stage, we propose to respond to your request in relation to
