Treasury have confirmed that Adrian Orr's behaviour was a concern; please provide any transcripts of these meeting/s, any follow up emails, any contact with the Minister of Finance's Office relating to this meeting/s.
Please provide the resignation letter provided by Mr Orr to the Minister of Finance.
Please provide any emails or corresspondence internally (including the Board) with staff following his resignation.
Please provide document relating to when plans were put in place to replace Mr Orr with an acting Governor and all documents relating to this - including with Treasury, and the Minister of Finance's Office.
