Please send me all records of inspections undertaken for compliance with
condition 16 of Consent No WGN940046(03) [4964], Category: Water Permit
To divert and discharge stormwater runoff from above and around the site
of the Spicer landfill to Mitchell Stream from 1 July 2023 to 31 July
2025.
Have you found anything contrary to the section 16 of the consent during
the above period and if so, what actions were taken to correct any
problems.
