Dear New Zealand Defence Force,
I refer to your letter dated 3 December 2020 in response to my OIA request: OIA-2020-3964/5.
In this letter you state that "Construction plans for the Whenuapai Maintenance Support Squadron (MSS) building, on the site of the former telephone exchange, cannot be provided electronically due to their file size. If you were to provide a postal address, it may be possible for a copy of the plans to be saved to disc and sent to you."
Thank you for this offer, which I would like to take you up on.
Please could you send these files on disc, or USB (if it is more convenient) to me at PO Box 19158, Marion Square, Wellington.
Ngā mihi maioha,
Bronwyn Holloway-Smith

Your disc was sent to your PO Box as requested but with the wrong name on it (Cheryl Robertson not Bronwyn Holloway-Smith). Apologies for this, but feel free to keep the envelope even though it is not addressed to you. We thought the disc had gone 'missing' because it was supposed to have been sent from Auckland to Defence House in Wellington in the first instance, but it was sent directly to your PO Box.
Please get back to us if the disc is not in your PO Box. We can send you a copy.
Kind regards
