Kia ora Jenni,

Local Government Official Information - Widening of Shearer Road - LGOIMA
Ref: 24-0017

Thank you for the discussion on the phone. Here are the [1]consent
documents for RM22-0576. In here you will find the consent application and
the proposed erosion and sediment control plans. I have attached the
officers report, which explains our decisions around the consent as well
as the consent conditions.

As discussed on the phone this consent is for earthworks and temporary
stormwater. Based on our conversation, it appears you are most concerned
about permanent stormwater. Based on this, I have arranged for Mike
Caldwell, one of our compliance officers, and Russell Wenzlick, one our
engineers, to conduct a site visit it 10am tomorrow morning.
