Dear Waipa District Council,

In relation to Mike Pettit, (Cambridge Community board 2010 - 2019 and
Waipā District Councillor 2019 to present day) please confirm the
following during his tenure at WDC:

A) Any overseas travel on council business, in which case
1. Dates and destinations
2. Purpose of trip
3. Total cost of his trip to WDC, including apportionment of any trip
group-wide costs
4. Confirmation of any family members travelling with him
5. A breakdown of costs relating to Mike's trip if available

B) Any non WDC-related overseas travel which has been
confirmed/declared/logged with WDC during the same period, in which case
1. A full copy of the details of travel provided to WDC by Mike
2. If available, the cost of travel, with any breakdown of costs provided

C) please provide copies of any conflict of interest, elected member
statements or similar for the entire period where Mike is obliged to
declare details of such trips.

If you can provide this faster than the maximum 20 day period, that would
be much appreciated.
