I noted, 2024 Stocktake of Gender and Ethnic Diversity on Public Sector Boards and Committees (2025)

As per the stocktake, there are currently 8 boards with a total of 45 ministerial appointed members. Could you please provide the following information:
The name of each board.
The terms of reference for each board.
Are there any boards where member terms have expired this year?
If so, please provide the name of the board(s) and the number of members whose terms have expired.

Noting that the Ministry received your request twice (second instance
attached) and as the request is worded the same we will provide one
response.
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and in
any event no later than 15 August 2025, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request
by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
