I noted,- 2024 Stocktake of Gender and Ethnic Diversity on Public Sector Boards and Committees (2025)

As per the stocktake, there are currently 14 boards with a total of 88 ministerially appointed members. Could you please provide the following information:

The name of each board.

The terms of reference for each board.

Are there any boards where member terms have expired this year? If so, please provide the name of the board(s) and the number of members whose terms have expired.

Thank you for the information request below.  The Ministry will consider
and respond to your request in accordance with the Official Information
Act 1982 the Act).

 

Under section 15(1) of the Act, we are required to make and inform you of
our decision on your request as soon as reasonably practicable and in any
case not later than 20 working days after the day on which your request is
