This is a simple on to answer as all that information is reported on publicly as part of KiwiRail's responses to the Transport and Infrastructure Committee, and is published on the Parliament website.

The spend on Taxis/Rental Cars/Uber is found between pages 65 and 67 as that section also covers off spend on flights, and other related expenditure.
Also, the section on our vehicle pool on page 33 might be of interest.

The same information will be found in the previous reports to Parliament, which you can find on the website (search for Annual review of KiwiRail Holdings Limited).
