New Zealand's intended contribution to the new global climate change agreement

Dear Ministry for the Environment,

I have read with interest the version of the cabinet paper "New Zealand's intended contribution to the new global climate change agreement" dated June 2015 that was available for download from the Ministry of the Environment's website.
However I find it hard to understand the logic of the paper given it has 41 blanked-out redactions.

Will you please provide me with a copy that has no redactions? Thank you.

It is my understanding that requests for cabinet papers are very often transferred to the relevant Minister's office. Given that knowledge, I initially made the same request for official information to the Minister for Climate Change Issues the Hon Tim Grocer on 22 July 2015. I made the request via the www.fyi.org.nz website.

I have received no response or acknowledgement from the Minister's office. So you may like to raise the issue with him.

I confirm I am a New Zealand citizen.

On behalf of the Ministry for the Environment, I acknowledge receipt of
your email of 15 September 2015  requesting the following information
under the OIA:

 

The version of the cabinet paper "New Zealand's intended contribution to
the new global climate change agreement" dated June 2015 that was
available for download from the Ministry of the Environment's website -
 please provide me with a copy that has no redactions.

 

The information you request relates most closely to the functions and
responsibilities of Hon Tim Groser and was transferred to his office  in
accordance with section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA).

I understand that Minister Groser’s office responded to this request on 16
September.

Which was refused and referred to the Ombudsmen's Office. Where it still awaits their attention.
