Tçnâ koe Mark

Thank you for your email of 29 June 2025, to Fire and Emergency requesting
information relating to 12 fire brigades. In order for us to best assist
with your Official Information Act 1982 request, we seek clarification on
two aspects.

Regarding question 4 where you have asked for ‘the total number of times a
truck was "K0" and the length of time’, are you wanting us to provide you
the total number of times a fire appliance has been classified as K0
(unavailable) with the total length of time over that yearly period, or do
you want an individual breakdown of the length of time that fire appliance
has been recorded as being K0 by date and length of time?

Also, regarding question 5 you have asked for ‘which watch was on duty at
the time’. Can you confirm what you mean by ‘at the time’ i.e., the time
of what? We ask because in each of the previous questions you have only
asked for the total numbers, so a summary of counts, therefore it is
difficult to determine what particular question this one relates to.

Once you have considered the above, we would appreciate your reply as soon
as possible.

Ngâ mihi,

Information Requests Team

Dear Official Information Requests,

Regarding question 4, I am wanting:
An individual breakdown of the length of time that fire appliance has been recorded as being K0 by date and length of time, and reason if possible.

Please disregard question 5. This should have been deleted.

Yours sincerely,

Mark Grayson
