Thank you for your information request dated 24 June 2025, regarding a copy of the
resource consents relating to the site at 129 Bethells Road, Bethells. The specific details of
your request and our response is below.
I would like the consent for 129 Bethells Rd (flaxmere house) too dump all land fill and
earth works into the extremely protected Te Henga Wetlands (biodiversity focus area)
waitakere heritage area with critically endangered species.
Our Resource Consents department have provided a copy of all resource consents relating
to the site at 129 Bethells Road, Bethells.
