Ministry) requesting the following information:

 

Please advise the most recent roll figures held for each of:

Salisbury School (Nelson)

Halswell Residential Christchurch (Christchurch) Westbridge School
(Auckland) and the date that the information (in each case) applies to.

 

Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982
(the Act).

 

We are able to provide roll figures taken on 1 March 2025. These roll
figures for the schools requested are:

 

o Salisbury School – 13
o Halswell Residential College – 8
o Westbridge Residential School – 9

 

Please note that these figures may not match the figures published on the
Ministry’s Education Counts website. The published figures are gathered on
1 July of each year and published retrospectively on the following
webpages.

Thank you for your follow-up email of 15 June 2025 to the Ministry of
Education (the Ministry) relating to your request under the under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act).

 

You requested the July grading roll figures. We are unable to provide the
data roll figures as they are currently being prepared for release in
October 2025. The data needs to be finalised and verified prior to being
published. As the information will soon be available are refusing your
request under section 18(d) of the Act.
