Dear Ministry of Justice,

I noted, Public Safety (Public Protection Orders) Act "122Establishment and constitution of review panel
(1)

A review panel is established.
(2)

The review panel consists of 6 members appointed by the Minister of Justice by written notice.
(3)

The Minister of Justice must nominate 1 member of the review panel as its chairperson and another member of the review panel as its deputy chairperson, and a member so nominated must hold, or have held, office as a High Court Judge or as a District Court Judge.
(4)

Before the Minister of Justice appoints a person as a member, the Minister of Justice must be satisfied that the person has experience and expertise in assessing the potential for individuals to pose a high risk to public safety.
(5)

The review panel must include—
(a)
at least 2 members who are health assessors; and
(b)
at least 4 members who have experience in the operation of the New Zealand Parole Board."

May I kindly ask the name of current panel member, their appointment expired date, a sample letter of appointment sent to the appointees and how did you call for nomination last round. Also, their pay rates.
