Public Protection Order Review Panel 
INFORMATION 
I am pleased to advise you that, pursuant to section 122(2) and (3) of the Public Safety 
(Public Protection Orders) Act 2014, I have appointed you as a member and chairperson 
of the Public Protection Order Review Panel for a term of three years effective from the 
date of the instrument of appointment.  A copy of that instrument is attached. 
Officials from the Department of Corrections will be in contact with you soon to provide 
administrative information regarding the operation of the Panel. 
I  would  like  to  take  this  opportunity  to  thank  you  for  making  yourself  available  for
