Official Information Request - Citizenship Ceremony Dates

Below is our response to your official information request dated 04/06/2025.

The tentative dates for the upcoming citizenship ceremonies are scheduled for:

* 25 June 2025
* 23 July 2025
* 20 August 2025

Please note the following important details:

* The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) is responsible for inviting applicants to these ceremonies and not Selwyn District Council.
* Applicants cannot choose their preferred ceremony date; invitations are issued directly by the DIA.
* These dates have been agreed upon with the DIA, but they remain subject to change.
* The DIA will contact applicants directly with their ceremony details.
