providing a hotline for the public to report excessive road cone use.

 

Please also include any internal correspondence regarding:

 

> The decision to use an online form to meet this requirement Any risk

> assessment for potential misuse of an online form such as malicious

> use, spam or bots Any discussion regarding the naming of this online
form as a "digital hotline"

> Any engagement done with any local government authorities regarding

> the setup, implement and process of this hotline
