report excessive road cone use.

The decision to use an online form to meet this requirement
Any risk assessment for potential misuse of an online form such as malicious use, spam or
bots
Any discussion regarding the naming of this online form as a "digital hotline"
Any engagement done with any local government authorities regarding the setup,

mention that WorkSafe will be using paid social media posts in order to increase awareness of the
hotline. I can confirm that as of today, WorkSafe has not used paid social media posts and does
not currently intend to do so for the hotline.
In making my decision, I have considered the public interest considerations in section 9(1) of the
Official Information Act.
