I refer to page 10 of https://fyi.org.nz/request/15656/respons... which mentions "equity production plans" in 27 July 2021.
Would you kindly share these "equity production plans" for Maori and Pacific at the DHBs including their allocated budget versus actual amounts spent for these "equity production plans".
Please provide the money amounts and names of the registered societies, charities, organizations, companies etc who received financial payments for any tasks or streams of work in the "equity production plans".

The table you refer to has numbers. It’s not a plan but the results of the plan or programme.
Under the Act, I am requesting the Programme
documents including funding and actual spend figures for the equity production Programme, for example actual budget items for drive though events, buses, their advertising, the programme documents with goals, budget etc.

As per our response to you dated 17 June 2025, the “equity production
plans” you referred to in [1]H202116597 Document 2 part 5.pdf does not
relate to any financial payments or workstreams.
The Equity Production Plan mentioned in that document relates to a table
of COVID-19 vaccine rollout for all district health boards, and as
previously advised, publicly available through this
link: [2]H202111486_Response_(1).pdf.
That Equity Production Plan table shows the number of doses by planned by
each district health board with Equity distribution by Māori, Pacific
Peoples and Other.
Under section 18(e) of the OIA, Health NZ is refusing your request for
“Programme documents including funding and actual spend figures for the
equity production Programme, for example actual budget items for drive
though events, buses, their advertising, the programme documents with
goals, budget etc”, as this information does not exist.
