following under the Of icial Information Act 1982:
I refer to page 10 of H202116597 Document 2 part 5.pdf which mentions "equity
production plans" in 27 July 2021.
Would you kindly share these "equity production plans" for Maori and Pacific at the DHBs
including their allocated budget versus actual amounts spent for these "equity production
plans".
Please provide the money amounts and names of the registered societies, charities,
organizations, companies etc who received financial payments for any tasks or streams of
work in the "equity production plans".
