I refer to an advertisement 30 May 2022 about covid-19 vaccinations in exchange for supermarket vouchers:

If you've been fortunate enough to avoid COVID over the last 3 months, come and have your COVID-19 vaccination and receive a $50 New World or The Warehouse voucher.
Our mobile van is at Kerikeri New World today, Monday 30 May from 1.30pm - 5.30pm, or our 1 Sammaree Place Kerikeri clinic is open on Wednesday 1 June from 10am - 5pm and Thursday 2 June from 12pm - 6pm.
Bring the whanau, adults and tamariki all welcome.

Would you please share the 2021 and 2022 budget allocated to each DHB for any such covid-19 giveaways and prizes such as food vouchers, Paknsave vouchers, iphone draws etc etc

Dear hnzOIA,
The message for the prizes/giveaways in this OIA is signed as being from the Northland DHB. Are you sure that the DHB did not have a budget given they signed the email?
Furthermore, you say that, "...the government also distributed vaccination funding to other agencies, such as the Ministry for Ethnic Communities and Te Puni Kōkiri"
If you say the DHB did not have $ for prizes/giveaways, would you kindly transfer this request for information under the Act on that request for funding information to "the Ministry for Ethnic Communities and Te Puni Kōkiri"
