Dear Ministry of Health,

The Vote Health estimates for 2025-2026 includes the following statement on cost pressure funding - "annual increases to address core demographic, volume and price pressures for frontline health services"

I am interested in the detail behind the makeup of this annual increase.

Please provide the percentages used to address annual changes to core demographic, price pressures and volume/population increase, all compared to the preceding year for the following fiscal years:

- 2015-2016
- 2016-2017
- 2017-2018
- 2018-2019
- 2019-2020
- 2020-2021
- 2021-2022
- 2022-2023
- 2023-2024
- 2024-2025
- 2025-2026
- 2026-2027
- 2027-2028
- 2028-2029

The percentages should be the estimates used in preparing for that year's budget; and show where applied percentages differ for operational and capital spending.
