Please provide a breakdown of any costs requested to be funded by parents, the invoiced cost to the school of these activities, and the revenue generated from parents for these activities for the period January 2023 to June 2025.

For the avoidance of doubt this request is for a breakdown, per activity for the period including:

- the activity or event
- the actual or projected cost as invoiced to the school of any activity that the school requested parent contribution to
- the actual amount of monies received from parents or projected to be received
- any surplus generated by the school - ie total monies received attributable to the activity from all sources less the total cost directly attributed to the activity for which the funding was requested
- any contribution from any other funding source such as other fundraising, grants, etc.

Please additionally include any activities that are planned and costs have been communicated to parents ie school camps.
