I noted you have a Competence Authority from your website.

I would like to know the current member of Competence Authority and their term of appointment. Please label them if they are chair, vice-chair or lay member etc.

Their job description and pay rate.

Are you anticipate to call any public expression of interest this year?

A sample of Competence Authority's appointment letter they received when appointed. One recent example would be sufficient.

Also, I noted "If a case is referred to the Competence Authority, the teacher will be notified and given an opportunity to provide the panel members with written submissions or appear in person or represented by a lawyer or other advocate. "

Can you please let me know how many cases the Competence Authority has been referred to from 1 Jan 2024 to 1 May 2025.
