Ministerial Intervention requests made to the Associate Minister of
Immigration:

-The total number of Ministerial Intervention requests received each year
over the past five years

-The average processing time for these requests

-A breakdown of submitter types: applicants themselves, lawyers, or
licensed immigration advisers

-A breakdown by nationality of the applicants

-The outcome of the requests: number approved vs not approved

-The top three most common reasons for requests being declined
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 18/06/2025, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe. If you have any enquiries
