Kia ora Percy,

 

As you were advised by Police Ministerial Services on 26 May 2025, your
request for information pertaining to the late Polly Anna Arabella Ruth
RIDDELL, was transferred in full to the Ministry of Justice. As your
request is regarding a closed Coroners Court inquiry, this office is
responding.

 

Per your request, we have attached a copy of Coroner Elliott’s Findings,
referenced in [1]this article by RNZ. This information is released to you
under the Coroners Act 2006. This is a report which summarises the cause
and circumstance of Ms Riddell’s death.

 

Should you wish to request any further information from the Coroners
Court, please complete and return the attached Information Request Form
(IRF-2).
