Dear Auckland Transport,
1) Can you please provide me with all the weed spraying schedules for the western road corridor, including all pest plant control- for 2014 and 2015. These must include dates and road names.
Also include the names of herbicides used in each round. .
2) What are the methods used for weed control on roadsides (including 'pest plants'), and how many rounds per year- for all wards in the Auckland council region.
If herbicides are used- please state the names and quantities used per year.

I note AT didn't explain which aspects of your request require all this work, or offer to talk to you about narrowing the scope. There were several points in your request, and it's possible that some of them can be answered without substantial collation.
I suggest asking them about that, as the Ombudsman complaint process can take a very long time.
