Farebox recovery

Dear Auckland Transport,
In the updated version of the Auckland Regional Public Transport Plan 2013 page 8 has a farebox recovery ratio of 45%. I would like to know more about this calculation, in order to properly understand can I please request further data
For completeness, I would like to see
1) the farebox recovery ratio for
2) the total operating costs attributed to running the public
transport network
3) total revenue from fares collected
4) total subsidies from Auckland transport
5) total subsidies from NZTA
over the past 5 years to 2014 and the projected amounts for 2014-2015.

Note that in May 2014 I asked Auckland Transport:
"I am interested in how Auckland Transport calculated the fare recovery as outlined in Appendix 6 of the 2013 Public Transport Plan (https://at.govt.nz/media/336374/Auckland...)
Can you please provide me with a copy of the detailed calculations used to create "Table A6-1: Target ranges for different transport modes" ? I am especially interested in the PT costs that were and were not included in the Auckland fare recovery calculation and any information provided is also requested and would be appreciated."
They responded: "Auckland Transport has considered your email and decided to decline your request to supply the detailed supporting calcuations in accordance with section 7(2)(i) of the LGOIMA which allows Auckland Transport to withhold information where necessary in order to undertake negotiations without prejudice or disadvantage."
So Auckland Transport will tell you the farebox recovery but not how they calculate it.
