The conclusion is that the Prime Minister's office is not being truthful when it tells people that their correspondence to the Prime Minister is noted and the Prime Minister informed. Instead nothing is done other than maybe noting the correspondence in a correspondence log and writing a 'reassuring' reply. The Prime Minister is not informed or briefed on the correspondence.
