Dear Ministry of Housing and Urban Development,

I refer to your recent announcement of five strategic partnerships with Community Housing Providers (CHPs) to deliver social housing. I note that your announcement states that 500 homes are already being developed by the CHPs in their existing pipelines and "funding already committed for over 600 homes for delivery up to June 2027".

I request under the Official Information Act 1982 the following information:

1. A breakdown of where the 500 homes in the existing CHP pipeline are being developed, by CHP and delivery timeframe.
2. A breakdown of where the 600 homes that have been funded will be delivered, by CHP and delivery timeframe.

I await your response within 20 working days of the receipt of this
request. If any part of my request is unclear, or if the information is
held by another department or agency, I would appreciate your assistance
in directing this request to the appropriate party.
