information:

1. A breakdown of where the 500 homes in the existing CHP pipeline are
being developed, by CHP and delivery timeframe.
2. A breakdown of where the 600 homes that have been funded will be
delivered, by CHP and delivery timeframe."

I refer to your official information request dated 17 April 2025 for the
following information:

 

1. A breakdown of where the 500 homes in the existing CHP pipeline are
being developed, by CHP and delivery timeframe.
2. A breakdown of where the 600 homes that have been funded will be
delivered, by CHP and delivery timeframe.

We have decided to grant your request in part. However, it will take us
some time to prepare this information for release. We will send you that
information as soon as possible. We have also decided to withhold some
information in scope of part of your request, as it relates to Social
Housing places that are still under negotiation for delivery under section
9(2)(j) of the Official Information Act 1982, to enable a Minister of the
Crown or any public service agency or organisation holding the information
to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.
