We are writing in regards to your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA)
request of 24 March 2024 which asks for:

 

 1. the list of the entire delegation accompayning prime minister Luxon to
vietnam in febuary 2025

responding to you by 25 working days, to 29 May 2025. This is because
consultations necessary to make a decision on your request are such that a
proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time frame
(section 15A(1)(b) of the OIA refers).

You have had 50 working days to decide this after the extension. I believe you are only looking at in when promoted. This is not a detailed or complex request. do I need to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman to get a response as you don’t even give a timescale now
