Thank you for your email received 17 March 2025 requesting information
about Driver Solutions in Dunedin.
o Does Driver Solutions, an Occupational Therapist entity of Dunedin
have a vendor contract to provide services to MSD
We have checked and confirmed that MSD does not hold any contracts
directly with ‘Driver Solutions’, however it is possible that ‘Driver
Solutions’ may receive Equipment and Modification Services (EMS) funding
through Enable NZ for disabled people who are eligible for driving
assessment funding.
Disability Support Services (DSS) who is now part of MSD, contracts with
Enable NZ to administer EMS funding for all regions south of greater
Auckland.

Dear OIA_Requests (MSD),
Thank you very much for your prompt reply, it is much appreciated.
There has been anomalies discovered with Driver Solutions of Dunedin.
In light of that MSD does not have a vendor contract with Driver Solutions does MSD see it acceptable that Driver Solutions effectively advertises on their website "WINZ Vendor" and that when clicking this that it links to MSD's website.
