This morning Radio New Zealand reported on a television interview you had recently.

It reports that you said "Many people say they're better than what we had last year, when they're getting on time delivery, when the quality is improving, especially as we get rid of the wrinkle that's caused most of the problems."

Please provide all reports, assessments, correspondence, records of meetings and such like that support your assertion that 'many people say they're better that what we had last year'.
