What was the due date for the groups final report?

What is the pay for each member in the group?

What has each member been paid to date?

Do members continue to be paid if the report is delayed?

Are there provisions to ensure the report is delivered within a reasonable
timeframe and cost?

Do members face any scrutiny or repercussions for a lack of delivery?

Dear Ministerial Services,

As per the Terms of Reference you have provided MBIE is funding Koi Tū to
provide Secretariat support, and members are appointed. 

The circular you have referenced also sets out the framework in which fees
are set and the Crown’s considerations. Why would the Secretariat be
better placed to answer this question, if MBIE is the Crown entity that is
paying the appointed member’s fees?
