Kia ora,
Regarding part three, I'm happy for you to exclude incidental/administrative communications such as arranging meeting times and other logistics. I am specifically interested in communications between the Minister or other officials with any of the SSAG members or associated staff that relate to delayed or adjusted timeframes for the release of the report, the reasons for those delays, any challenges that have arisen that may affect the release of the part-two report and the implementation of its recommendations, and any preliminary advice, briefings, or opinions related to the findings of the part-one report.

Thank you for your earlier rescope. We just wanted to give you an update
on your request and let you know that at this stage our response will
likely be late as we work through completing it. The primary reason is
that we need to consult more widely than anticipated on the information.
Although we will endeavour to provide a what we can by the due date in a
partial response.
One thing that would be helpful is if you could please also narrow down
the scope of another section of your request: All communications (email,
text, phone, etc.) between the Ministry and the chair of the SSAG Sir
Peter Gluckman. Is there a particular topic or issue that you are
interested in that might be captured in those communications? Depending on
what you need, a narrower scope should mean we can provide you with
relevant material more quickly than we could as currently scoped by your
request.
Thank you again for your assistance
Ngā mihi nui,
Sam

Kia ora Sam,
Thanks for your response.
I'm happy for you to exclude incidental/administrative communications such as arranging meeting times and other logistics. I am particularly interested in communications relating to the membership selection process including the selection and acceptance of the chair as well as discussion of costs associated with the SSAG, but also wish to receive any advice, policy considerations, briefings, notes, opinions or options under consideration that fall outside of these incidental communications.
