external committee or advisory board- OIA act request
john luke made this Official Information request to University of Auckland
The request was successful.
From: john luke
Dear University of Auckland,
I would like to know if University of Auckland has any sort of committee or advisory board within any faculty that involved external (general public) person. I have only find out there is one called advisory board from Business school. Are there any others?
If you do have, please provide the name of current members of each of your committees or advisory boards within any faculty or school that involved external (general public) person. Also their bio if available. The term of reference of these committees and the pay rate of each external person.
Yours faithfully,
john luke

University of Auckland
Dear John,
I refer to your request of 14 September 2021. Unfortunately, consultations
necessary to make a decision on your request are such that a proper
response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
Further, your request is for a large quantity of information and meeting
the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with University
operations. Accordingly, the University has extended the time limit for
your request until 8 November 2021 under section 15A of the Official
Information Act. This is the new maximum time limit for the University’s
response; we will respond to your request as soon as reasonably
practicable.
You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this extension.
Yours sincerely,
Landon Watt

Dear John,

attached, to the extent that it can be provided without substantial
collation or research. The remainder of the information requested is
withheld under section 18(f) of the Official Information Act. Neither
extending the time limit, nor imposing a charge, not consulting with you,
would enable the request to be granted.
You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.
