Dear Ministry of Justice,
Can you please provide
- Detailed records of any surveillance hours spent monitoring Barry Young, including specific dates and time and cost associated
- The authority under which this surveillance was approved, including the names of individuals or agencies involved in granting such approval.
- Legal opinions or assessments confirming that all surveillance activities conducted were compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identification of all agencies involved in the surveillance operations related to Barry Young.
Any reports or documentation that outline the objectives and outcomes of the surveillance.
Information regarding the basis for any surveillance approvals, including legal justifications and any relevant policies or guidelines.
This is bearing in mind he is a non-violent criminal spreading "misinformation" according to the authorities - why would you have this person under 24/7 surveillance?
The horse has bolted - anyone with half a brain knows he is right and you guys along with Health and the Coroner have been covering deaths up.
