These twelve questions relate to “Operation - Obstruct Resist Police” and need to be considered and answered individually where possible.
1. Can I have the annual budget and spending for Operation - Obstruct Resist Police, for each year between 2015 and 2025?
2. Can I have the annual totals for personnel hours and number of Police personnel involved in Operation - Obstruct Resist Police, for each year between 2015 and 2025?
3. Can I have the annual totals for the number of search warrants and surveillance warrants applied for and granted for Operation - Obstruct Resist Police, for each year between 2015 and 2025?
4. How many arrests have been made in connection with Operation - Obstruct Resist Police and in which years were those arrests made?
5. Can I have a copy of the first document, memo, message, or email in the New Zealand Police computer system which used the term “Operation - Obstruct Resist Police”?
6. How many charges have been filed in court in connection with Operation - Obstruct Resist Police and in which years were those charges filed?
7. How many criminal convictions have resulted from Operation - Obstruct Resist Police?
8. How many IPCA complaints have been made which relate to incidents which were a part of Operation - Obstruct Resist Police and in which years were complaints made?
9. As a result of Operation - Obstruct Resist Police, how many individuals have been convicted, what were they convicted of, and when were they convicted?
10. Can I be provided with briefing documents, memos, or emails sent to Police personnel which detail the background, aims, objectives, and/or scope of Operation - Obstruct Resist Police?
11. Can I be provided with documents, memos, or emails sent to Police personnel which detail the procedures, protocols, and tactics being used in “Operation - Obstruct Resist Police”?
12. Can I be provided with any documents produced by Police Intelligence and sent to Police personnel as part of Operation - Obstruct Resist Police?
