Dear New Zealand Police,
The ipca stated that I was offered medicine when I know this to be false. I was held in the wellington central police cells on the 30th November 2023. I'm requesting who the doctor was that did the prescription, dosage given and a copy of the phone records showing the calls to the doctors surgery or place that issued the script.
The name of the pharmacy that dispensed the medication and a copy of the receipt for that medication.
Full copy of staff notes from the afternoon and night watchmen. Full copy of any notes and a full copy of the processing paperwork.
