Dear New Zealand Qualifications Authority,

This request is pertaining to the internally assessed Mathematics and Statistics Achievement Standards 91944 and 91945 for the 2024 school year.

For both 91944 and 91945, please provide data for:

- How many submissions were made by schools for external moderated by NZQA for the standard, and how many individual pieces of student work did this comprise
- How many moderated submissions received each outcome of 'Consistent', 'Not yet consistent', and 'Not consistent'
- For each of the grades Not Achieved, Achieved, Merit, and Excellence, how many of each grade was awarded by assessors and how many were agreed with by the moderator
- What percentage of grades awarded by the assessor were downgraded from a passing grade (Achieved or higher) to Not Achieved
- How many submissions by schools used an assessment task developed by the school, and for how many of those submissions was the task deemed by the moderator to "... provide learners with the opportunity to meet the standard".
- How many submissions by schools used assessment task developed by a subject association (if the specific subject association is known, please break the information down by subject association), and for how many of those submissions was the task deemed by the moderator to "... provide learners with the opportunity to meet the standard".

Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 of 27 January 2025 seeking the following information:

For both 91944 and 91945, please provide data for:
