From: Dan Moskovitz
Good morning Blair,
One quick addendum to my request: if hardship scholarships which were only offered during the COVID-19 pandemic could be excluded from the dataset, I would be appreciative.
Apologies for the inconvenience and many thanks for all your work.
Yours sincerely,
Dan Moskovitz

Kia ora Dan,
We wish to clarify a couple of points about your request.
1. Are you referring to only financial hardship or any form of hardship?
2. Are you seeking information on any applications that mention or
hardship in the application regardless of the scholarship, or are you
looking for the number of applications to scholarships specifically
for people facing hardship, or the number of applications to a
scholarship where hardship may be one consideration taken into
account? Please note it is unlikely we are able to provide the number
of applications that mention hardship regardless of the scholarship as
this information is not recorded in a way that can easily be reported
on.
If you could clarify these points that would be appreciated.
Ngā mihi,
Blair Doherty
