Thank you for your request for information relating to the Te Kopuru
wastewater costs under the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987.

 

Council would be happy to provide you with the 2014/15 income and
expenditure for the Te Kopuru wastewater scheme once Council’s accounts
have completed their audit process.  Council’s audit process is due for
completion at the end of September 2015.  Also if you are able to provide
me with a meeting date anytime from October onwards we will arrange for
officers to attend a Te Kopuru ratepayers meeting.

 

Given our audit process will not be complete until the end of September
under section 14(1)(b) of the Act Council is extending the timeframe of
your request.  The information will be available by 1 October 2015.

 

You have the right, under section [1]27(3) of this Act, to make a
complaint to an Ombudsman regarding this extension.
