I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act 1982 concerning New Zealand's involvement in the Five Eyes collaboration related to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and/or Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO).

To facilitate a comprehensive response, I am specifically seeking:

1. **Documents and Communications**: Any documents, reports, or communications from the past five years detailing New Zealand's participation in discussions or initiatives within the Five Eyes alliance regarding UAP and UFO phenomena.

2. **International Agreements and Memoranda**: Any agreements or memoranda of understanding between New Zealand and other Five Eyes countries concerning the sharing of information or joint investigations related to UAPs and UFOs.

3. **Meetings and Conferences**: Records of meetings or conferences attended by New Zealand representatives where UAPs and/or UFOs were discussed within the context of Five Eyes collaboration.

4. **Diplomatic Correspondence**: Any diplomatic correspondence related to UAP and/or UFO phenomena that involves New Zealand's interactions with other Five Eyes countries.

I have also submitted a similar request to the Ministry of Defence to ensure a comprehensive understanding of New Zealand's involvement in these matters. If any part of my request requires further refinement or if substantial collation is involved, I would appreciate your assistance in narrowing it down further.

If possible, I would appreciate receiving these documents in electronic format.
