Dear Andrew Little,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Andrew Arkins, and I am writing to make a formal request for data regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) under the Official Information Act 1982.

As a concerned citizen with a sincere interest in matters of national security and public curiosity, I am eager to obtain specific data or information related to UAP and UFO phenomena during your tenure as Minister for the Government Communications Security Bureau and Minister for the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service.

In accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act, I kindly request access to any relevant documents, reports, or records that pertain to UAP and UFO occurrences and have been within your purview as part of your responsibilities. This includes any intelligence assessments, data analyses, or other pertinent documentation concerning such phenomena.

I understand the importance of adhering to the Act's requirements, and I want to assure you that the purpose of this request is solely for personal research and informational purposes. I will treat any information received with the utmost confidentiality and responsibility.

If there are any costs associated with processing this request, I am willing to cover reasonable fees as outlined by the Official Information Act.
