Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).

 

 

Below are the documents that fall in scope of your request and my decision
to release them. Please note:

o Some information has been redacted under section 7(2)(a) of the
LGOIMA, as it contains personal information about private individuals.
o On investigation no correspondence is held between Zealandia and the
Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) regarding avian influenza during
the date range requested. Therefore, this part of your request has
been refused under section 17(g) of the LGOIMA because the requested
information is not held.
