The Draft Te Ngākau Precinct Development Plan Consultation Document and the Te Ngākau Precinct Wide Draft Development Plan have since been released on the Council’s website and can be found here. As the requested information has been made public, I am refusing this part of your request pursuant to section 17(d) of the LGOIMA, as the information requested is or will soon be publicly available.

There are currently no draft development plans for Bond Store or the Opera House. For this reason, I am refusing this portion of your request pursuant to section 17(e) of the LGOIMA, as the document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
