Dear University of Waikato,

After the Sir Wira Gardiner and Hekia Parata final review / report on
2020, Waikato University set up a taskforce to develop a plan of action to
address the issues raised in the report, and would be followed by
consultation before being put into place.

Please provide:

a) Plan of action that was said to be developed after the Gardiner-Parata
review and

b) Taskforce membership panel structure and

c) Minutes of this Taskforce and

d) Reports by the Taskforce
