Dear Ministry of Justice,
I would like the following:
1. A copy of the current contracts (including any amendments) between the Ministry of Justice and Community Law Canterbury/Te Ture Whanui O Waitaha Incorporated. This includes, but is not limited to, the general legal services contract and the Family Legal Advice and Information Service contract.
2. Information relating to any audits undertaken by the MOJ to ensure contracted targets are being met.
3. Information on any other steps taken by MOJ to ensure information provided by Community Law Canterbury is accurate.
